Ordering AerotransportTM Logbooks from Aviall:
Be patient with Aviall! They've been distributing our logbooks for decades, but outside Canada, local staff are unable to find the listings in their immense inventory (over 2 million products). For instance, if the Aviall rep searches the Aviall catalog for "logbooks" they'll find our products, but if they search for "log books" (with a space), they won't.
Guaranteed search results at the Aviall front desk require using the Aviall PART NUMBER for each item. The methods described only work in Canada. Aviall USA can see our products on their computers, but they can't order using their internal computer systems. Aviall Australia has the same problem. This is because Aviall inventories our products in Canada only.
Outside Canada, you can try ordering from your local Aviall branch, but if they can't figure out how to transfer our products from the CYVR branch to your local branch, you can always order directly from Aviall Canada:
